About Easy-Stack

Easy-Stack operates the online store at easy-stack.com. You can contact us at julian@easy-stack.com. These terms apply to consumer purchases through easy-stack.com.

Products and orders

We sell bracelets, bracelet stacks and accessories. Each product page describes the item, its available options and any relevant specifications. Please check the selected colour, size and quantity before ordering. Screen settings can affect colour presentation; this does not limit your rights if the item differs materially from its description. Material, plating, water-resistance and allergy-related characteristics are only promised where expressly stated in the product description.

You can review and correct your order before submitting it. Submitting the order creates an obligation to pay the total displayed at checkout. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation accepting it. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Consumer prices include applicable VAT. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are disclosed before you place your order. Payment methods available for your location appear at checkout. Any third-party credit or instalment agreement is governed by that provider's separate terms and does not remove your rights against us as the seller.

An obvious pricing error does not automatically require us to supply an item at a price you could reasonably recognise as incorrect. We will explain any such error and, if the order cannot proceed, refund the payment. We will not charge you a higher price without your agreement.

Discounts and bracelet stacks

Promotion conditions, qualifying items and any exclusions are shown with the offer and applied automatically at checkout. Our stack discounts can be combined where shown. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for returned items, including the applicable allocation of a bundle discount. We will not apply an undisclosed penalty or retrospectively charge full price for retained items. Statutory cancellation and defect rights also apply to discounted products and stacks.

Delivery and cancellation

Delivery arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy and the information shown before checkout. Your statutory right of withdrawal is explained in our Returns and Refund Policy. You may notify us of withdrawal before delivery as well as during the applicable cooling-off period. If dispatch can no longer be stopped, the return procedure applies.

Product conformity

Products must meet their description and the quality reasonably expected of them. Our Warranty and Complaints Policy explains how to report a problem. These terms do not exclude or shorten mandatory consumer rights, including legal guarantees.

Using our website

Do not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with its security or infringement of another person's rights. Our original website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may save or print information needed for your personal purchases and records.

Responsibility and events outside our control

We remain responsible for fulfilling our contractual and statutory obligations. If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will inform you and explain the available options. Such an event does not remove your mandatory rights to cancellation, a refund or another remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country to which we direct our sales, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection applicable in that country. You retain any right to bring proceedings in a competent court in your country of residence. Contact us first if you would like us to try to resolve a complaint.

Changes

The terms provided when you order apply to that order. Later changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an existing contract without a lawful basis.
